Poor phone call quality

I have the Buds FE and S23 Ultra. All software is up to date. People complain about the sound quality when I'm on the phone with them. They say I'm echoing or like I'm under water. Sound quality is great on my end. Is there a setting I'm missing??

If you've completed all the steps and are still experiencing poor call quality, we recommend having the Buds FE evaluated by an authorized service technician. Jester I think is better you find out watching YouTube that way you can get the settings there

Hannah my personal sound quality is great. It's only when I make calls, the people who I'm speaking to complain about how I sound.

Well something like this happened to me but with the help of YouTube I got it fixed or it might be the carrier you're calling
