I do not see an option to trade-in my Buds 3 Pro for the Buds 4 Pro. Is it not being offered, or am I just missing the option?

This is actually ridiculous, from looking up online they have removed it and it is absolutely laughable that they dare say they care about sustainability with innovation if they dont let us trade in our old devices.

Hmm, that's a bit of a departure from previous launches. I was able to trade in my Buds 2 Pros for the 3s at pre-order for those, but ok. Hoping they add it back ASAP

No trade in options on the Buds, don't care about them at all.

I'll look at them when there's a trade in offer and decide then.

They didn't release Buds and an S Series phone at the same time. Buds 3 Pro were released with the Fold and Flip 6 Series.

I don't think it matters when they release the Buds. I think it matters that they provide the trade in program along side the release, as they have in the past.

How? They show $194 after the $30 credit is applied when bundled with your S25U trade in to the 1tb S26U

I didn't see a trade in option, but when I used the Samsung shop app and added them to cart, I got a $75 discount. So it is worth checking the app.

Checked the app, only $30 was applied, dropping the price to $219.99 after being added to cart.

I fully agree with this. That entire segment is contradicted by a lack of trade in offer on the Buds.

I guess there was a reason they ran the segment when they did, knowing everyone would be distracted with looking for the trade in options.

Buds + to Buds 2 pro to Buds 3 pro. No trade-in, no buds 4, pretty simple. Felt like it was worth investing in the system before, now there's no reason to pay the premium. Hopefully it rolls out eventually.

Maybe they know everyone is dying to unload the 3 😂

This is absolute bull. I have traded in the previous series for the new series every single time going from pro to pro. And now you can't trade them in? Best buy won't even let you trade in the 3 series but will take the 2 series? The 3s have been the worst so far. This is horrible to customers Samsung.

I was only going to upgrade with being able to trade in the buds 3 pro. Seeing that trade in is not an option, I've will not be paying full price for the buds 4 pro.
