Sleep figures not appearing properly using Galaxy Ring

Hi. My ring records my sleep ok. But in the sleep score factors it states 0 minutes for all metrics regardless of whether elsewhere the summary has actual figures. It’s like the tag is not correct to pull through the correct figure.

Ring update

Just did the new software update for the galaxy ring and noticed it no longer shows how many sleep cycles. I haven't looked through all the changes, has anyone else noticed what else the update changed?

Hi. One question. The last 2 nights my Samsung Ring has not been accurately recording my blood oxygen during sleep. My ring is a snug fit. Any ideas why? This is a great community.

Try resetting your ring in the app. And then make sure the setting is on.
