      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have done the reboot of the ring, restart, relink to the phone, restart the phone.....keeps disconnecting every 20 minutes. Paid $400 for this in September last year, SO frustrated....help!!!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;For immediate assistance, one option is to use the Samsung Members app -&amp;gt; Support -&amp;gt; Send text. This will open up live troubleshooting.&lt;/P&gt;
