My kids pooled their money and bought me a Samsung Galaxy ring for Christmas this year. A couple days later I put the ring on and set it up. It seemed to have a good charge so I wore it for about a week, don't really know how long. I noticed that it must have died so I put the ring back on the case that did light up and the next day I put it on. I couldn't seem to get it to connect and put it back in the case. I looked up how to get it to reset or turn back on and nothing worked. I recently sent it in to Samsung for a warrantee repair and they said it would be a $107 to repair a ring I wore ONCE!!! They said I cracked the inside of the ring and sent me a grainy photo of the inside of a ring. I can't even see any crack and I didn't do it. I have the receipt and they can see that this was only just registered and yet it is my fault. This is clearly a manufacture defect but there is no way for me to prove it. They asked if I had any photos of the ring, why would I take photos of a brand new ring that doesn't have a screen, power button or a battery that could be removed. It is a totally sealed object that I had for basically a week before it died. I don't even have any way of knowing that it ever charged when I had it. The charge in the ring was probably from before I even got it. I called and they absolutely don't give a S#it about their customers. I've probably spent over $50k with them the last 15 years. I've bought well over a dozen TV's, several tablets, laptops, all my appliances, everything I have is Samsung and they are throwing it away over a ring that I would BET MY LIFE that I DIDN'T CAUSE THE SCRATCH!!! Well, they just lost another customer. Way to go Samsung!!!
