Ever since the update to the ring in December, I have to recharge my ri g every day. Sometimes I do t even get a full 24 hours. The update was to "improve battery efficiency". I call that a fail. I loved my ring ( bought Dec 2024) especially to track my sleep. But with tbe poor battery life, it us frustrating. Hopefully they can undo the update.
