With all due respect, the more I think about your comment, the more perplexed I have become.

Whether I received the update later or on the same day as you, it didn't answer the gist of my question.

I don't recall seeing it before this update.

There was an update for my Galaxy Ring today, pretty small, 0.67mb. I don't know if I am imagining things or not, I don't remember ever seeing diagnostics in the Wear app for my Galaxy Ring.

I think I would have remembered seeing it there before, especially since the problems most people have with their battery becoming trash in less than, in my case 9 months on my first Ring.

I am on my 2nd Ring, my battery is half what it was in exactly 112 days. I got 6 days when I first received the ring, I am now getting 3+ days. If you do the math correctly 112÷6=18.6 charging cyles. Battery life was halved in 18.6 charging cycles.

18.6 charging cyles in a 112 days on a 19.5 mAh battery.

EDIT: I just finished charging my ring, it is 2:08 am. Let's see what it is in the morning!

You expect too much, Samsung is loathe to put change logs in the update page. They almost never do, only in major OS updates do they give you a change log.

When you open diagnostics in the Wear app for whatever wearable you are wearing, it takes you to the Members app and almost instantly it will activate the diagnostic testing for that device. Watches, buds, now the ring.
