When I went back to my calls, everything was gone, every call that I made out going, incoming, missed. I had over 300 entries. I have a S 21e. I have had a few to many issues with this phone. I had to have it reset to manufacturers settings. Voice-mails was an issue also. Lost some text messages. If I didn't have more payments, I would get another phone.
