Routines to send texts and call pre-determined number like emergency services?

I'd like to know if I can create a routine for Bixby to do if I feel unsafe. Such as a phrase will make a routine to text someone or two and call 911, then turn the volumes/vibrate off, start the recording and then turn the screen off. Turning off the routine would require a phrase such as I'm ok now or something like that.

You didn't mention what device you have. Check Settings -> Advanced features -> Send SOS messages. If this is enabled you press the side key a few times you can have both cameras activate, audio recording, and someone called.
