Mic not working with Bixby and Google assistant

Mic don't work in assistants and I cannot send voice messages on WhatsApp, it works perfectly on direct calls and calls in WhatsApp so I very confused, they do work on headphones though but I really need help with this, and thanks.

Check your app permissions. Make sure those apps have access to mic and phone, I pretty much give them access to all permissions, and make sure to switch off the "remove permissions if app isn't used" option also. If that doesn't work, run diagnostics with samsung members app.

Thanks, I found the problem, the lower mic doesn't work i did the diagnostics, only the top one works well, thank you for answering
