    <description>You had to have been backing up your photos and apps to Samsung's cloud service before the theft, otherwise, they're just on the phone.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If you had been backing them up, just sign into your Samsung account on your replacement Samsung phone and restore them.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Settings&lt;BR /&gt;Accounts and bavkup&lt;BR /&gt;Restore data</description>
