    <description>Try to reboot your phone by turning it off an then Simultaneously pressing the "up volume button an the power button " at the same time till you see the Samsung logo upears, then unpress an re-press the buttons till the Android man pops up. Then you'll see on your screen the reboot selection. Press the power button as directed then let it reboot. Hopefully, your phone should go back to service.&lt;BR /&gt;Don't worry, it won't erase anything. You should be good to go.</description>

      <description>It sounds like you're gonna have to clear up your email account with Google, an re-do your account again. Hopefully, that'll help with your issues.</description>

      <description>Thank you for all your help silkytone. I was able to get it to work by disabling it and enabling it which made it update.</description>
