I have a S21 U phone that I just had the screen replaced. Damage was on the top left of the phone, about 0.75 inches down phone side. After screen replaced, the phone microphone is intermittent. Intermittent in this case is when someone is listening to me talk, they will hear me at a low volume, the it will spike to very loud, then back.

My guess is that there was a poor connection made when the new screen was laid down, but I don't know enough about the structure of the phone to know this for sure.

I should mention that they replaced the raster control due to the location of the damage and that the raster on the phone clearly was messed up. Perhaps this was where bad connection was made.
