I don't use any security on my phone at log in, not password or fingerprint. After logging in to Wallet, it says it want's to verify it's me and offers two choices, password or fingerprint. I choose password and nothing happens leaving only the option of fingerprint which is not set up so I'm stuck. The thumbprint is just a faster way to bypass a passcode or word once it is already set up.
