In order to submit an error report, the background usage limit would have to be turned off for the Samsung Members app.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Trouble submitting error report</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Every time I try to submit error report,&amp;nbsp;they tell me to recreate the issue and resend with error logs etc.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Well, when you click on error report,&amp;nbsp;this popup appears. Well which dang app are you telling me to change,&amp;nbsp;cos clicking on settings opens this.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;
