It’s not Samsung’s fault that your Carrier hasn’t released the update to your device. Samsung sends the updates to the Carriers, and it’s up to them to release it to their customers. I would recommend contacting your Carriers Customer Support to see what the delay is.

I have been trying and trying to get a answer to why my firmware will not update. I have exhausted everything I have to and frankly I shouldn't have to do this. This is Samsungs failure to implement a proper update system but everything is something else I need to do. FIX YOUR SYSTEM SAMSUNG!!!! i am sick and tired of not getting any answers and I have no interest in buying anything from you until it's resolved and running. So get up and get to it

Since my post was closed I found the issue and it's the combination of my phone being unlocked and having my old carrier code and neither Samsung nor T-Mobile seem to have my IMEI anymore. So I'm left to fend for myself which I'm quite capable of but they no help from Samsung and stop self satisfying your own problems just because you think your right. I just disproved your response that closed my discussion. That was poor customer service and the least you could do is follow up before closing my feed
