Hello, thank you for answer. That doesn't work for my issue. What I want to be able to do is swipe down once from the top of the screen and see my music controls on the same page as the notifications, as it did in UI 6.

Hello,

When I had UI 6 on my phone, I could swipe down from the top and there were my notifications, quick access buttons, and also my music controls when I had music playing. This was very convenient because I could pause my music right away.

Now, I have to swipe down twice to access the music controls. I don't like this. It's a hassle to skip songs or pause them now. Is there any way I can move this back to the menu you see with one swipe?

It worked for me when I tested it before posting that, so I'm not sure what you're seeing. Could you post screenshots of what you get with one swipe vs two?

Ah OK, I fixed my own problem on accident. I can now see the music controls on the notification screen if I have live notifications turned on for music. Here are my steps.

Go to Settings

Search Live notifications in the search bar

Turn the Media play switch to on

Start the music app

Swipe down from the top once

Media controls are there!
