    <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes it's absolutely ridiculous and I ended up having to chuck off my S22 ultra 2months ago after I updated to the OneUI 7 OS.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I lost signal on my s22 ultra about a week or 2 after the update. I tried all means to rectify it: I changed my sim and network provider, cleared cache, reset mobile network settings and even did A FACTORY RESET TWICE on the phone!!! It was all absolute rubbish! I get stranded while commuting as I lost signal when I need to navigate. I couldn't make nor receive calls unless I am connected to a WiFi. It was an horrible experience.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I just got an S23 ultra which thankfully has the old software version. I have been getting prompts from samsung to update my software again..like that's ever gonna happen.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

It's under settings, general management, reset.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Also, if you haven't cleared device cache yet, you should:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;1) Turn off your device.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;2) Press and hold the Volume Up button and the Side/Power button until you feel a vibration and the Samsung logo appears. Let go of the buttons.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;3) You will now be in Android recovery. Use the Volume buttons to highlight "Wipe cache partition."&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;4) Press the Side/Power button to execute.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;5) Use the Volume buttons to highlight "Yes."&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;6) Press the Side/Power button to execute.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;7) "Reboot system now" will already be highlighted. Press the Side/Power button to execute.</description>

      <description>My phone does that **bleep** too! Tech support had me reset networks and now its worse. And of course you can't revert anything on Samsung that makes ur device worse. Everything they wanna fix just gives more problems. In my case they just blamed Google and said it was all googles fault. That Google made the update, forced it onto my phone and its Google that controls my phones performance. Samsung just sells devices.</description>

      <description>Rebooting the system is essentially restarting the phone does absolutely nothing for this effed up update&lt;BR /&gt;And so are all the other third grade answers from people and company itself.&lt;BR /&gt;Even clearing the partition.&lt;BR /&gt;Samsung **bleep** up my $1,000 s23 ultra last month when I bought it it hasn't been turned on since version 5 update so it immediately connected to the internet and asked me to update to version 6 and then version 7 after updating the version 6 I lost all cellular network connections except for Wi-Fi inside and then when I disabled 5G I get maybe one bar of 4G if I go outside.&lt;BR /&gt;This is b******* and Samsung is not answering anybody</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Same problem here since one ui 7 upgrade on my 3 month old A55. Upgraded on thursday. Lost 4G. Only wifi works for data. Did reset network settings, wipe cache partition, disallow 2G. No avail. Next opération is full reset factory settings. If does not work : A55 will go to ebay. Thank you very much samsung. You lost a customer forever.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Been having this issue as well. Apparently when you update where your phone is having connection issues, it requires a new Sim because the old Sim is no longer compatible. Your wireless carrier should provide you with a new Sim card free of charge, some carrier's may charge $15-20. This should not be the case. I hope this help a lot of you with this information.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;It's definitely a phone issue. Mine is an S22 Ultra. I'm currently having to travel with a mobile router to at least have access to WhatsApp calls. I can't make normal calls or SMS. I've tried my router SIM in the phone and same issue no network but that SIM works the whole time in the router as I drive.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This is an expensive phone and I'm devastated this has happened. &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":loudly_crying_face:"&gt;😭&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Update to all the people commenting or reading this... since mid May there have been 2 security patches and they both didn't solve the service connection problem. I recently bought the Google pixel 9 and used it for a day. I ended up returning it because I've had galaxy phones for the past 10+ years and wasn't ready to make the switch. I now have the galaxy s25 and I'm not impressed. The battery life is horrible for a NEW phone. Even after turing off all the nonsense I can think of. I regret not staying with the Google pixel. That will be my next phone after this. Samsung really botched this **bleep** 7ui update &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":unamused_face:"&gt;😒&lt;/span&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;As&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://us.community.samsung.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/15965419"&gt;@Mujibar&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;suggested, reset the network connection.&amp;nbsp; You have a choice as to whether to reset just the mobile network or the wi-fi/Bluetooth connections.&amp;nbsp; No need to reset the&amp;nbsp;wi-fi/Bluetooth unless you are also having a problem with them.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also, what a ridiculous thing for Cricket to say.&amp;nbsp; I think the CS rep you spoke to was not tech support.&amp;nbsp; Even if it was true that some updates make the phone incompatible with Cricket, it's Cricket's responsibility to make it work.&amp;nbsp; The carriers get the updates from Samsung in order for them to fine tune it for their networks and then send it on to their customers.&amp;nbsp; If they pushed out an update to you that they didn't test or tweak, that's still their responsibility, doubly so if you have a carrier locked device.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>I agree, and im **bleep** about it. I did reset network settings. Cricket issued a new esim, that didn't work. Pulled a Sim out of my kid's phone, that didn't work. (My whole family has galaxy s21s) Where the 5g symbol and service bars is supposed to be is this symbol &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":prohibited:"&gt;🚫&lt;/span&gt; and when you use the pull down status bar it says (searching) in the top left.</description>

      <description>My wifi and Bluetooth work flawlessly, it's the only way I have data right now. We did a network reset. My phone isn't carrier locked, I purchased it from a 3rd party vendor (back market) and it has worked wonderfully until the ui7 update. The strange this is that on Monday of this week it was in and out all day. Dropping calls, no data, then it would work for a few hours, then out again. Then yesterday, absolutely no service.</description>
