What can you do when your 6 month old Samsung Super Fast Charging block nearly sets your phone on fire, but partially melts the internal charging board?!!

That's not good! Is it under warranty? I would reach out to Samsung customer service to see what they say.

I used a block from my Levene tablet and it worked for years without a problem. I bought a Samsung block so I have an actual Samsung product to use with my phone and as a second charging block. It then melts my phone's charging port to and it began to make smoke

According to the Samsung Shop app, a 35W charging block is compatible with the S21. If you bought a 45W or 50W, it would probably overheat and damage the phone. If you did purchase the 35W, then I would reach out to Samsung and see if they might repair your phone at no cost due to the faulty charger.

The worst they can say is no.

Personally I think 25 watt should be limit of charger block if your using a higher amount that would be a cause of overheating
