Have a smart TV & just got new phone. How do I connect my phone to my smart TV & I use the internet on my old phone before to connect. This new phone can't figure out. Please help thanks L

@SunSea67 Is it a Samsung TV?

If I understand your post you want to use your phone as a Wifi hotspot so that your TV can connect to the internet? All you need to do is enable Wifi hotspot on your phone and then configure your TV to connect to that hotspot.
