Prior to their intervention I could search and find the display over other apps, aka appear on top function showing that it was activated on my phone. Now I can't even find that again. They installed some sports app that literally gave me scores from every single sporting activity when my only interest is the NFL. Plus I wanted to post live scores while the games were in progress since I one game at a time. At this point I'm very frustrated with Samsung.
