    <description>&lt;DIV&gt;Thank you for your reply. I reset the network settings which reset both the wiwfi and bluetooth. I also cleared the cache. I started in the safe mode and the problem persisted. This S21FE has been a great phone with no problems until the UI8 update. So I backed up the phone onto my computer using smart switch, did it twice to be sure because it does not give you good indications of success, reset the phone to factory settings and then realized that smart switch messed up and all my data was lost. And just to twist the knife, the problem is still there. I am now reconsidering my 15 year+ enthusiasm of Samsung model phones.&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class="yiv1530778956ydp8dd5edf4signature"&gt;Gregory Evans&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>
