      <description>Yes but previous to this I would receive a message stating no update. Not an error message like this.&lt;BR /&gt;This also now appears on my wife's phone.</description>

      <description>If you both have T-Mobile, there may be a temporary problem with the update server. I wouldn't worry about it until another update is available.</description>

      <description>What phone model is it? Did you try using data? Do you have enough storage as that can prevent updates, i think. Did you clear your cache partition after the update? Maybe change your dns? My update was December 1. Whatever you do, i would backup your phone before updating etc. Strange. &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":face_with_open_mouth:"&gt;😮&lt;/span&gt;</description>

      <description>All I did contact T-Mobile and they were of no help.&lt;BR /&gt;Trying to update wife's phone which has not been updated to December patch level using Samsung sync. Gets to 4% copying update and stops. Letting go a bit longer to see what happens.&lt;BR /&gt;So through the smart sync on PC it knows it needs an update</description>

      <description>Well just to add I still can not update my phone's software through settings.&lt;BR /&gt;No I understand that the S21FE is on a quarterly update cycle so perhaps that's why.&lt;BR /&gt;BUT I can update it monthly through Smart Switch.&lt;BR /&gt;??????&lt;BR /&gt;Why is this allowed but not though settings?</description>
