1. The first step to fixing this error is to ensure that you have a stable internet connection. If you’re using mobile data, ensure that you have enough data and that your network signal is strong. If you’re using Wi-Fi, check that you’re connected to a stable network.
You can also try resetting your network settings by going to “Settings > General management > Reset option > Reset Wi-Fi & Bluetooth.

Restart your device

2. Free Up Storage Space
If your device doesn’t have enough storage space, the system update may fail to download. To free up space, delete unnecessary files, uninstall unused apps, and move media files to an external storage device.

MrGhoul Thank you for the recommendations, I attempted both of those recommendation and I also deleted data on my phone on my phone, I have 25 gig of free space available and I still have the error.

What cache did you clear? I would recommend clearing your "cache partition" if you haven't done so already.

Tap the link below for the procedure to clear the cache partition.
https://us.community.samsung.com/t5/Galaxy-S23/Clear-System-Cache/m-p/2631453#M66543

Mr Ghoul I followed the instructions, cleared the cache partition, but still have the same error. I don't know what's going on. My wife has the same phone, first is not do it however her model number is a bit different, she has a unit obtained directly from the carrier T-Mobile, I purchased mine online and mine is a dual SIM version.

If all other options fail and at last resort I would recommend doing a factory reset, but make sure to BACK UP YOUR PHONE BEFOREHAND.
Sorry I can't be more helpful.
