I hate the media player and lock screen changes with OneUi 7

I have despised the Now Bar replacement for the old lock screen media player and notifications design and have been trying to get Samsung to let us revert at least the media player back to how it used to work.

I've tried widgets like Goodlock and they just don't work on my phone for some reason. Like the dimensions just go haywire and can't be adjusted.

I've hated this update so much for over a year that I will not be buying another Samsung phone unless they give us an option to move/change the now bar between now and when this phone craps out.

UPDATE: I've finally gotten Good Lock to work with Deezer (it didn't work for me with Spotify) and I can now use my media controls one handed again! Unfortunately I can't have my notifications in my lock screen because they overlap my media player. The widget is also always there, even when not in use, and I have both the widget and the Now Bar media player showing the same content at the same time, which is super dumb. I can't disable the Now Bar though without having to add additional widgets for every other app that would have lock screen controls. I'm so glad Samsung decided to make everything less intuitive, less aesthetic and more difficult, said no one ever.

I appreciate it. Unfortunately I have already tried the now bar method from this post before and it didn't work for me.

Ah so I might as well get a different phone anyway. I'll look at other brands.

S21 phones are currently worth $200 in trade toward an S26 Ultra on the Samsung website or in the Shop Samsung app. Allowance may be different toward a different model.

I appreciate that info, but I'm just going to just get a different brand. OneUI 7 sucks and I hate it. I have no desire to get another Samsung.
