Voicemail not showing callers number or who the caller is

If a call goes to voice mail, it does not show on my phone who called, only the voice mail number. Since I have trouble hearing the voice, I never know who the caller was. Any way that can be changed?

@userjc2NdRE5ZJ Depends on the voicemail system, but typically it will only show the name if that number is in your address book.

Nope. It's not doing that. Any suggestions about how to fix this?

Don't know. Whatever came with the phone. It used to show the caller's name and number. Stopped after another unwanted update. Every update to this phone has made things worse.
