I just checked for a new update and sure enough there was one. The only thing is it looks identical to the last update but with less mega bites!

Can anybody tell me if this is fake?

How could you possibly get a fake update pushed to your phone?

The version numbers are different. May be a patch or correction. Have you tapped the "learn more" link?

SECURITY patches are all different!

Since this is your last security patch Samsung has probably sent a hot fix for some other security threat.

This must have been a supplemental patch for some security reason.
The S21 series is at end of life for security patches with the January patch.
That is why it doesn't say March and is still on January.
