    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;U&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;SOLVED&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/U&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;These steps fixed the problem, but you will need to re-pair any Bluetooth devices after the reset (including all vehicles, headphones, etc.) and reconnect to any home or office Wi-Fi networks you need to use:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Settings --&amp;gt; General Management --&amp;gt; Reset&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;(near bottom)&lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;--&amp;gt; Reset Wi-Fi and Bluetooth Settings&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;After the steps in bold above, restart the phone and reconnect to Wi-Fi networks and re-pair Bluetooth devices.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I haven't had a problem since.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
