I have had a Samsung S22 Ultra for about 2 years. It has never been dropped or suffered any impact. I have always been very careful with it. Today (06/20/2025), I woke up, went to turn on my phone and had a shock - it had an LED line at the top of the screen that goes from the left side to the front camera (photos attached). I turned it off, restarted it, and nothing changed. I searched on YouTube and found several people with the same problem. I contacted support, they asked some questions, we ran some tests to check if it was a phone screen issue, and everything was fine - no problems with the phone screen.

So, I updated the phone, did the updates... And for a few minutes the light at the top of the phone disappeared, but then it came back.

Then, I saw some people on YouTube saying to go into settings, go to Display and then to Motion smoothness and activate STANDARD 60Hz and it worked (as a temporary fix), meaning it masked the problem. Because if I set it to 120Hz, everything comes back again.

I am very frustrated with this... My whole life I've had Samsung phones and never had problems. Come on, I want to resolve this! This phone is incredible and here in Brazil a screen for this phone costs around 4 thousand reais...

Can someone help me, please? Will there be any update that will fix this problem? Will Samsung run any screen replacement campaign?

I await a response! Thank you
