My calls drop, apps don't work properly and my battery drains fast.       <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm sorry to hear about these issues. I would suggest trying to wipe the cache partition and see if that resolves the problems. If not, I recommend contacting a service center to have it checked out.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Did the steps provided by Samsung work? I updated my phone to One UI 7,&amp;nbsp; just before flying out to P.R. and it immediately started having issues it didn't have before. Apps just stop responding, I couldn't unlock the phone or allow me to enter my passkey, it gets super hot now and drains the battery within a few hours.... But worst of all, is less than 2 days after the update, my phone stopped receiving calls and texts. I had landed in P.R. for VACA and spent 8 days without being able to unlock my phone, open my camera, or make/receive calls. It only works if I'm on WI-FI or using wifi calling. I took it to T-Mobile and the Authorized Samsung repair shop. Both ran full tests saying my phone is in excellent condition... However, for some odd reason, the RF module is fried. My Samsung care warranty just expired - So Samsung tech said my only options are to pay out-of-pocket repair, do a complete reset wiping everything, or just buy a new phone. It's crazy how my phone is in perfect condition yet the Radio Frequency module mysteriously "stopped working"&amp;nbsp; after the One UI 7 update.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Same here - S22U will not fast charge or superfast charge, although both are turned on. Dreadfully slow charging. It's taken my S22U well over two hours to go from 30% to 100%. The battery is rapidly draining and my phone is getting pretty darn hot.&lt;BR /&gt;This just started yesterday.&lt;BR /&gt;I have tried several cords, new cords, multiple wall chargers and car chargers.&lt;BR /&gt;Restated a gazillion times. Cleaned the USB port, and everything else I read to do, except clear the cache partition. I am hesitant to do that because the last time I lost many important settings for some reason.&lt;BR /&gt;I have a feeling that will not fix it anyway, based on what I read.&lt;BR /&gt;I'm pretty sure this behavior is related to a recent update.</description>
