On the Galaxy S22, if photos are still blurry after cleaning the lens and clearing the camera cache, it’s almost always a hardware issue—usually the autofocus (OIS/focus motor) failing. It’s a known S22 problem.

Quick checks:

Switch to Pro mode → try manual focus

Try 2× / 3× zoom (if those are sharp, main lens is bad)

Gently tap the phone near the camera while focusing (temporary test)

Fix:
Software resets won’t help. The real solution is camera module replacement (Samsung repair or third-party).

Have you tried capturing different objects? Maybe the phone is blurring whatever you are trying to capture for security purposes?
