Is there a way to uninstall Samsung Notes from my phone? It was preloaded!

Long press the icon and uninstall it. If there's no uninstall option, tap the circled 'i' (or go to settings > apps) and disable it.

Was your S22 bought directly from a Carrier? Because that would explain why it can't be uninstalled.

Since you can't uninstall or disable it, you can hide the app from your app drawer in Home screen settings.
