Samsung USA (Samsung Electronics America) is the official American branch of the electronics manufacturer. Charges from them usually stem from subscriptions like Samsung Care+ (device insurance), or Galaxy Store app purchases.

Open Galaxy Store > Menu > Subscriptions and make sure you haven't unknowingly subscribed to any apps or services. You can also go to Galaxy Store > Menu > Receipts to see if any one-time purchases have been made.

Im getting 2 charges as well and I don't own and haven't any Samsung products.

I just got a charge from them. I do not have any subscriptions,,checked receipts and nothing.
