Cant scroll on filters on websites, ie when teying to select clothes size

Hi. I have just got a new S22+ (UK), not the best Samsung phone I've ever had. The S10+ was great.

Anyway, when browsing and searching websites, like clothing, when on filters the screen will not scrolling up or down. Any reason why this is happening.

Also, occasionally the screen on this awful phone goes all scrambled for a few seconds, then goes back to normal, again any reason why?
