      <description>&lt;SPAN&gt;For the past few months I haven't had a successful update to my S22 Ultra.&amp;nbsp;I kekeep getting this message after it stops for some reason.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper" image-alt="image"&gt;&lt;img src="https://us.community.samsung.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/1326809iB940BA53C6266BF5/image-size/large?v=v2&amp;amp;px=999" role="button" title="image" alt="image" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;I've had this phone for several years and never had this issue before.&amp;nbsp;Maybe once or twice but normally a soft reboot and problem solved.&amp;nbsp;Should I be concerned about this persistent issue I'm having?&amp;nbsp;No updates of any kind are working going on 3 months now!&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>

      <description>Have you contacted your carrier? They're responsible for pushing the update to your phone.</description>

      <description>What does that have to do with my updating issue? I thought smart switch was for moving data and setting to new devices?</description>

      <description>True its for transferring files etc but it also does the monthly uodates</description>

      <description>That is not current. Your phone should be on One UI 8 (Android 16). You haven't gotten OS updates for quite some time now. I'd say as long as you haven't had mobile service.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;You can try Smart Switch, as &lt;a href="https://us.community.samsung.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/35834636"&gt;@meself&lt;/a&gt; suggested. If that doesn't work, you'll need a SIM. If you still have your previous carrier's SIM, install it. Doesn't matter if it's not active. The phone is looking to connect with the carrier's update server. The SIM will verify which one it needs to contact.</description>
