What is MODORN?

The S22 continues to get updates with Quarterly update until February 2027. It is expected to get its final OS Update to Ui8.5 later this year.

Samsung is fulfilling it's software promise of 4 years of OS and 5 years of security patches.

If you feel it should be expaned beyond what was promised, they would also need Qualcomm to get on board. Qualcomm has only just recently agreed to expand updates to components starting with the S24 series of phones.

While you might think you deserve more, you bought your device or should have known when that device will run out of updates.

Samsung updates don't reach everyone. Who agrees with me, even if you bought their most powerful phones?

I'm not sure what you're trying to say. Phones get the updates they're supposed to get. Sometimes it takes longer than we'd like, but they eventually get them.

What specific update are referring to?

Samsung devices always receive all promised updates.

Samsung rolls out updates in phases. Newest flagships generally get updates first, and then the rollout schedule progresses toward older devices.

Based on the tag for your post, you seem to be referring to the S22 series, a 4 year old device that has reached end-of-life for major Android version updates and is now entering its final year of security updates.

If your post is incorrectly tagged and you are using a newer device, inability to update is generally a result of a carrier mismatch.
