Your phone is capable of supporting two SIMs, that's why there are two IMEI #s. One for each SIM.

You should blank out your phone number in the image. It's never a good idea to post your phone number publicly.

It looks like you have a "U" suffix phone, which means it was originally a carrier model phone. Likely from Verizon. Therefore it has Verizon firmware, and the Verizon logo will show every time you restart the phone, regardless of your current carrier. You may also have trouble getting updates, since the phone is going to look for the original carrier's servers, which it won't find. The only way to stop that (and to get certain settings back that Verizon blocks), would be to stop by a Samsung authorized service facility and have the firmware flashed to factory unlocked. There will be a fee for this. You can find an authorized service center by going to the support tab of the members app and tapping on find a service center.

I don't know of any apps, but why would you suspect that? She likely didn't, but I can tell you that a good 90% of "hacks" are simply someone knowing your passwords and having access to your Google, Samsung and email accounts, rather than doing something nefarious on the phone itself. So, if she's now an ex, and you suspect vindictiveness, change the passwords to all your accounts if she ever had any access to those accounts or can guess which passwords you used. Also, change the administrative password on your home wi-fi router and the password to your internet network.
