Hello I just read the post about creating a link for shared album but on my app it doesn't let me create a new Album without selecting someone with a samsung phone.

My app doesn't have a plus sign just get started.

Are you talking a out Quick Share where you select a number of pictures to share, select Quick Share->Share in app->Copy Link

Just select your name. It will give you an error but still create the album.
Then use the 3 dot menu to get to Album Settings and you'll see "Share Link ", click on that.

Is there a way to view shared albums when logged into my account on a PC
