@sstannet Unfortunately you are not the first to find that Xfinity's (like Spectrum's) bring your own device is plagued with compatibility issues.

As long as you bought a hardware compatible phone, the trouble lies with Xfinity's network configuration and settings.

I can access the Xfinity app from the App Store or the Google Play Store. However I cannot find the Xfinity app on my phone or in any of my apps
