    <description>I had same issue, I found this and it worked.&lt;BR /&gt;Go To Settings &amp;gt; Apps &amp;gt; Click On Three Bars &amp;gt; Show System Apps Then Ok &amp;gt; Search Device Security App&lt;BR /&gt;Clear Cache And Data&lt;BR /&gt;Then Scan Phone Again</description>
