    <description>Recommend you go to your device settings menu, go down to GENERAL MANAGEMENT, and tap on RESET. Now don't factory reset it. Choose SETTINGS RESET and do a reset of the settings, which will reset various settings (preferred device settings mostly) and restart it. After that, return to the GENERAL MANAGEMENT, and this time choose NETWORK RESET, and restart it again. You will have to re-pair any Bluetooth devices you typically use like your headset, your car audio, and Bluetooth earbuds.&lt;BR /&gt;You will also have to re-save all your WiFi networks and passwords.&lt;BR /&gt;But, hopefully this should fix those network connection problems.</description>
