I mean it just restarts. And it does that when she's doing work or even talking on the phone. My phone doesn't do that not sure why it's doing that and it's driving her and me crazy. I am using a my Z fold 4 and I'm not sure if I want to update this one. I'm thinking of doing a hard reset on her phone hopefully that will work.
