Whenever thats happened to me ...it usually means my phones gone to heaven RIP. if not and you don't have ins/still not under warranty you could always try one of those "we fix your phone," stores. My friend was in a similar position. Had an iPhone though and he went to one of those stores and got a new screen for a very inexpensive price<BR />Good luck. Ps always call Samsung if in doubt after your wireless network provider bc they usually will tell you something different ie: another option your network provider "forgot," to tell you.
