My wife has an S22 she loves. All of a sudden she is getting splash screen notifications that I can't associate to a text or an app. They are most definitely spam related, mostly (but not all) have bitly links in them. Anyone else experiencing this? It is very frustrating......

They do not manifest on her phone like that, they come one at a time and you can click on the link or cancel, otherwise you can't use the phone. You have to do one of those two things otherwise that screen is stuck
