It seems an app that customize you UI. Did you install an app that modify your UI or themes?

I have never seen anything like that is the phone roaming or out of network

Its crazy, it has service. It does this all day long it will come on there and then go off and then back on all day.

Nope, nothing downloaded. It use to do this just around my punch hole foe my camera and then it moved to that corner.

You might need to reset your whole phone cause your numbers are looking duplicated

That's definitely some sort of downloaded app doing that. Samsung has nothing in its UI that has the capability of making that appear anywhere. I guarantee you if you restart the phone in safe mode it will be gone which would prove that it's caused by a downloaded app. Press and hold the power button like you're shutting the phone down and when the list of options appears to either restart or shut the phone down, long press on power off and it will give you the option to restart in safe mode. Try that out and see if it disappears, if it disappears you downloaded an app that is glitching out.

Okay guys I figured it out, it was an app edge lighting that had it going like that I Uninstalled it and it is fixed. Thank you to everyone who tried to help me.
