Bixby text call

I have the S22 Ultra. I can't seem to get the Bixby text call to work. I'm not using the Samsung Launcher, and I'm using the Nove Launcher. Could this be the problem? I've downloaded the English pack for this feature.

Yes it works good but as of right now you have to have wifi calling disabled

I don't use wifi calling. I get a good signal

I noticed, when I chose Korean, it worked, but when I choose English, the popup option doesn't show on the phone call.

I finally got it to work. I was advised to turn off WiFi calling, and once I did, it started working.
