Not sure how many people with S23s and S22s still get the 'restart' issue on One UI 5.1, but I've narrowed the issue down to a memory leak. I noticed right as my phone locks up and freezes, my RAM / memory was nearly 100% used up.. which is impossible with the apps I normally use. All I did was open system settings and my phone crashed.
