Gallery won't rotate.

When I am looking at my photos in the gallery, if I have any in landscape and turn my phone they won't go to landscape. Yes, I have power cycled my phone, I have check auto rotate to make sure it's on. This is only happening in the gallery app. Anyone else?

Hello dirtdevilmavic, welcome to the Samsung Community. I understand your gallery photos don't auto rotate when turning phone to landscape mode. Please attempt to put unit on Safe Mode. A third party app may be causing auto rotate to malfunction.
1. Hold power off button until Safe mode icon is displayed
3. Select Safe mode. Once in safe mode you will see the words Safe mode at the bottom of screen.
4. Attempt to open gallery and rotate phone.
5. To exit Safe mode. Restart device
6. To find which app is causing the issue, you can try uninstalling the apps in the order of the last installation.

If the above did not solve this. Please submit and error report.

Right after the issue appears, please submit an Error Report. Samsung Members app->Get
