Cancel Service Repair S22+?

Hi there!

I have a simple question:

How can I cancel a Service Repair order?

I made a mistake requesting a Repair Service, now I need to mail my phone to Irving, TX, I live in Florida. So, I want to cancel that order or modify it for a nearby store.

I'm wondering because I thought I could mail it to a nearby store and it would take less than seven days.

Please, let me know if there's a way to cancel this service.

@noreply After you set it up, did they send you any messages with details, etc? That should include contact information.

They send me a ticket number and instructions to ship my phone to the Repair Center. I don't use Samsung Care+, I don't know what it is.

I'm using phone's warranty. I think it will be a free repair due to just smudges on the screen.

I went to this link, logged into my account, and placed the order.

I guess you can just ignore it, and it should be automatically cancelled after 14 days.

You should also be able to schedule the repair at the nearest service center without waiting after 14 days.
