Suggestion: allow pop-up notifications to stay on screen longer

Where can one make suggestions for Samsung Galaxy S-22 Ultra phones.

For example, setting the time for 'showing temporary notices' that pop-up on the screen. The default setting (2 or 3 seconds) which is too short for me.

The next option is 10 seconds, which is too long.

Be nice if notices were displayed for 5 or 6 seconds.

As of today I am unable to answer my own phone, including my doctor
The call isn't completed no way to push. Try entering a # that's another I can't do .PLEASE HELP
